Sometimes it is necessary to include targets of an external project in an aggregate target.
-> Aggregate targets, currently do not support the use of external targets.
With this PR I would like to add an initial version on how to include external targets.
I have a second PR that adds
local:,project:andpackage:prefixes, to be more in line with the other areas of the project.I know this is not completely ready yet, but I would love a round of feedback.
