Zlib code at the old version is no longer available.
file refuses to build the older version using the newer version.
ncurses code at the old version is no longer available.
Also : Removed the man pages and added tinfo - which is needed by readline, to build python-3.12
Busybox has been updated in stage2, and this change matches.
Also updated the Makefile to match. (I think it was building version 5.44 of file and calling the package 5.43... I didn't double check all the other versions for you!)
