Ram And Time Gates in FPGA Dont work anymore

Describe the bug

Both Ram And Time Gates throw an Execution Error whenever i place them in fpga and spawn the chip.This bug appeared after the last update on wiremod canary.

How to reproduce the bug

Just put Any Ram or Time gate in fpga,save and spawn the chip.

Caused by #3656, looks like my change made the information stored by the chips shared
I guess i should remake some chips to have both regular and normal gates support
