Implements Brendan's recommended "Stripe rail namespace" pattern:
- stripe.create({ client }) → configured instance with method factories
- instance.spt.charge({...}) - SPT payments
- instance.tempo.charge() - Tempo charge (auto deposit address + PI recording)
- instance.tempo.session({...}) - Tempo sessions
- instance.methods({...}) - bundle sugar for declaring all methods at once
- Custom rails via factory functions in .methods() config
Deposit addresses resolved eagerly at .create() time so all subsequent
calls are synchronous. PI recording baked into verify via settlement adapter.
