Expected behaviour

qmk setup to run without errors.

Actual behaviour

qmk setup complains about a missing dependency which is dos2unix.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install qmk-1.2.0
2. Run qmk setup
3. Accept defaults
4. See error

I resolved the error with qmk-1.2.0 by installing dos2unix from void-packages. My assumption is that this dependency just got missed, especially if someone updated without testing a new install.

I will work on a pull request in a bit to add this dependency to the template file for qmk.

It also needs avr-libc as a dependency in order for qmk doctor to run successfully during the setup process.

Does qmk offer a common method of use that does not involve qmk setup? If so, these should be considered optional dependencies and left to the user to install.
