Adds a `toArray` method to `src/Progressable.php` allowing developers to easily export all internal progress state (e.g. `progress`, `overall_progress`, `message`, `metadata`) into an array for easier rendering and integration with APIs. Also adds corresponding unit tests for the new method.

Added a
toArraymethod toProgressable.phpallowing the easy export of the current state of progress as an array. It accounts for all tracked variables like progress percentages, remaining time, metadata, etc., and handles edge cases where the unique name hasn't been set. Relevant unit tests have been added to verify correctness.PR created automatically by Jules for task 2436346612046263130 started by @insign
