Agent sessions under work/home roles no longer hit the port-22 sandbox
block for github.com at all -- they go over HTTPS via the credential
helper wired up in claude-agent-{work,home}. Update the note so it
doesn't keep telling people dangerouslyDisableSandbox is always needed.
