Updated the machine configuration example and deployment instructions for the Hermes agent on Fly.io, including new container settings and dashboard authentication notes.
hermes only supports this via IPv4, so use the provided env var to setup IPv4 loopback (in addition to IPv6 binding for `flyctl proxy` support)
