feat(fallbacks): add reviewed OFL visual rows

Adds reviewed OFL fallback evidence for the next SuperDoc asset batch.

• Adds Baskerville Old Face -> Bacasime Antique synthetic styled-face coverage and Brush Script MT -> Oregano Italic.
• Updates Lucida Console -> Noto Sans Mono with monospace cell-width evidence for real regular/bold faces, while italic and bold italic remain synthetic visual-only faces. This improves the reviewed visual pick but trades Cousine real italics for synthetic obliques.
• Leaves Malgun Gothic and SimSun out for now because the reviewed Latin specimens were not enough evidence for CJK fonts. Their candidates need CJK-script coverage review before publication.

Note for consuming asset bundles: Oregano Italic should be registered as a literal family name with normal style over the italic file, otherwise the asset gate will not open for that row.
