Adds local corpus tooling for reviewing fallback candidates by measurement and by eye.
The new corpus app runs on localhost, scans local/system fonts, compares selected reference faces against the acquired corpus, and shows ranked candidates with live overlays. It keeps downloaded fonts and temporary app files in ignored cache directories.
Also adds the shared compare engine used by the CLI and app, TTC member extraction for reference collections, typographic feature ranking, and the visual review/bakeoff tools.
