This project accepts pull requests only for issues that a maintainer has
marked with the open for pull requests label.

A pull request that does not reference an issue, or that references an issue
which is closed or which does not carry the open for pull requests label,
is closed automatically. This is not a judgment on your change; it's how we
make sure an approach is settled before anyone spends time writing code.

If you don't have such an issue yet:

1. Open an issue describing the problem or the feature, including a complete,
   runnable example.
2. Wait for a maintainer to add the open for pull requests label.
3. Then open this pull request, referencing the issue below.

Thanks! Issue #33 is now marked code review in progress and no longer open for pull requests, so this pull request holds the review for it and another one won't land on top of your work. If this pull request is abandoned, a maintainer can put open for pull requests back on #33 to reopen it to others.
