Ruby 3.2 reached end of life in March 2026 and 4.0 has been out since December. Lint and release jobs move to 3.4, checkout to v7, release-please-action to v5. Dependabot for bundler and github-actions so this stops drifting silently.
Ruby 3.2 is end of life and no longer in the test matrix.

Two commits so the second is easy to drop:
ci:matrix moves from 3.2/3.3/3.4 to 3.3/3.4/4.0 (the suite already passes on 4.0 locally), lint and release jobs go to Ruby 3.4,actions/checkoutto v7,release-please-actionto v5, and a Dependabot config for bundler and github-actions so the json 3 breakage and stale actions get caught next time.chore!:raisesrequired_ruby_versionto 3.3 since 3.2 is end of life and untested. Breaking for anyone still on 3.2, so release-please will cut a minor.Faraday 1 stays in the matrix for now with the json pin from #146. Dropping the 1.x cells together with that pin is a separate decision.
