… Skills v2 PR #95 proposed `skilld self`: a CLI command that built a local BM25 index of the workspace and answered `skilld search -p self`. ADR 0001 moved generation out of the CLI and v3 deleted the index runtime, so the command cannot exist. The value that survives is the path itself. The `skilld` Skill, the only asset an Agent installs globally, never named generate-project-skill, so no Agent could find it. Name it, and make the project Skill carry the search commands the index used to answer.
