To ensure that things go smoothly, I added a "default meetup itinerary" document that outlines how I think a normal meetup should go.
Obviously, this won't work for even our first meetup since its a hackathon, but it at least provides a base to work off of that we can adapt as needed.
Let me know if there are any changes, additions, questions, etc.
