Summary

Adds Mortimer Slayer, a local RuneLite planner for comparing Mortimer task offers by Imbued Heart chance, Slayer XP per hour, or an equal balance of both.

Features

• Reads Mortimer offers from the in-game interface and active assignments from RuneLite's Slayer service.
• Calculates task Heart chance, Heart chance per hour, expected superiors, estimated duration, and on-rate time.
• Supports Heart-focused, Slayer XP-focused, and balanced recommendations.
• For Heart-focused planning, compares hunting the best offer, quickly completing a task with an Expeditious bracelet, and spending 100 Slayer points when the calculated skip is worthwhile.
• Tracks the active task and accumulated Heart chance in the selected RuneScape profile configuration.
• Contains no telemetry, external accounts, highscores, or backend service. The only optional network request is directly to the OSRS Wiki when a player saves a Wiki DPS share link.

Verification

• gradlew.bat --no-daemon clean test
• 16 tests passed.
• Standard Plugin Hub build with BSD-2-Clause license.

This replaces the closed and renamed submission in #14613.
