Motivation
Rslib should track the real Rstack config file and its imports in its Rsbuild context and persistent cache dependencies, extending the fix in #474.
Changes
Pass config metadata with
withConfigMetaand remove the redundantdev.watchFilesinjection. Verified default and custom config paths, cache dependencies, and existing watch restart tests; builds and checks passed (373 tests passed, 1 skipped).
