Summary
This PR consolidates the repository's build, test, lint, formatting, and Git hook workflows under Rstack CLI with version-aligned
rscommands and a singlerstack.config.ts. It also updates the playground and native TypeScript paths to import source.tsmodules directly, adds VS Code settings, and installs the repository-local Rstack CLI docs Skill.Related Links
