- 「オーナー」単独なら2音で、「3 音以上の場合のみ、片仮名語の末尾の長音符を原則省略。」の対象外
- 既存のドキュメントでも「オーナー」が1件、「オーナ」は0件
なので、「オーナー」で良いと思います。

「オーナ」は「サーバ」「ルータ」「チェッカ」などと同じ3音（厳密には3モーラ）なので、「オーナー」としてしまうとルールの例外扱いになってしまいます。あまり見慣れないので、それでも4モーラにせよという気持ちも分からなくもないのですが…。
いわゆるISOルールが言っている長音符を保持すべき単語とは「エラ(ー)」の類いですね。

あー、たしかに…
であれば、あとで検討（ルール見直しも選択肢に含めて）ですかね…？
今は一旦「オーナ」のままでも大丈夫かと思います

「ベンダ」とか「テスタ」とか「オーナ」とか書く際にちょっと微妙な気持ちになってるのは確かなので、いずれルールを変えてもいいかなとは思っていますが、とりあえずルール通りということで…。もう1箇所の方も後で直しておきます
