- Add a new DIAG functional validation testcase for Qualcomm Linux platforms.
- The change introduces reusable DIAG helpers and a System/Logging testcase that validates diag-router, normal and non-real-time diag_mdlog sessions, mask handling, output generation, process cleanup, artifacts, and LAVA-compatible results.
- This is needed to verify that the DIAG userspace stack is available, can capture non-empty logs, and operates safely without disrupting existing DIAG processes.
Add DIAG tool discovery, safe process ownership, diag-router lifecycle handling, normal and non-real-time diag_mdlog validation, mask-aware output checks, cleanup helpers, and tabular result reporting. Signed-off-by: Srikanth Muppandam <smuppand@qti.qualcomm.com>
