Revert move from python-pillow.org to python-pillow.github.io - #9830

This reverts commit c5474ed. python-pillow.org resolves correctly and python-pillow.github.io redirects to it, so revert the URLs back to python-pillow.org. Also updates .github/generate-sbom.py, which was added after the original migration and used the .github.io URL, for consistency. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Since we have to keep the python-pillow.org domain forever for security (as discussed in #8585) we may as well use it. Companion to python-pillow/python-pillow.github.io#50
