Visor: glyph tiles with combined entry and emoji search

Summary

• Replace each glyph text field and Choose emoji button with one accessible glyph tile sharing the app-glyph appearance.
• Rename picker search to Enter glyph or search.
• Offer the first non-whitespace extended grapheme as the first result, followed by emoji matches. Preserve the whole query for editing and search; selecting a result is what changes the draft.
• Preserve Save/Revert, complete graphemes, keyboard focus, and Escape. Keep Clear glyph inside the picker for existing glyphs.
• Remove the old input normalization/revision state made unnecessary by explicit result selection.

Verification

• Astra review complete; desktop/mobile Chromium screenshots inspected.
• CARGO_TARGET_DIR=target just check, just test, and just e2e passed (29 browser scenarios).
• Coverage includes candidate order, spaced search, query-only draft preservation, compound graphemes, composition, selection/Escape focus, clearing, Save/Revert/reload, and launcher icons.
