This replaces the local copies of our theme JSON files from https://github.com/pierrecomputer/theme instead of using a bespoke copy-pasta script that only works on my machine (lol). Along the way I encountered some precommit errors that I needed Claude to help me fix, so eyes on some changes to
shared_highlighter.tsand tsconfig would be helpful.
