Synchronisiert die Änderungen aus ext/date für PHP 8.4.
Ergänzt die vorläufigen Rückgabetypen für DateInterval::createFromDateString, DateTime::modify und DateTimeImmutable::modify sowie die Veraltung der isostr-Signatur von DatePeriod::__construct.
Fixes #341
