Note

Low risk: This documentation-only change adds one regular Markdown file and one relative symlink; it does not affect package or application behavior.

Summary

  • Add verified repository-specific guidance for agents working across the TypeScript and native platform code.
  • Expose the same root instructions through CLAUDE.md by linking it to canonical AGENTS.md.
  • Document the existing install, lint, build, test, and contribution workflows without changing runtime code.

Agent provenance

  • implementation: Oz — not exposed by host / not exposed by host

Closing this rollout PR because the repository did not already have root AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md guidance. We only want to add the reciprocal entrypoint where substantive instructions already exist.
