Hi Webb,

I opened this fresh PR because the previous thread became too fragmented for me to track effectively. I integrated the feedback I could identify from the previous comments into this clean version.

To get this to the finish line, I have to set the following protocol moving forward:

Scope lock: I'm only touching the 4 files relevant to OSDOCS-18273. Please handle any requests for changes to files outside this Jira in separate tickets so we don't stall.

SME final review: Please use this window for any final technical comments on these files.

QE transition: After you sign off, I will move the PR to @rnapoles-rh.

Note: After Rodolfo begins his final review, we can't introduce new changes. Those invalidate Rodolfo's QE work and restart the entire cycle.
