Move links and cross-references to Additional resources sections to
resolve ConceptLink warnings in the managing_vms directory.
Changes:
- Moved 37 links/xrefs across 17 files
- Added [role="_additional-resources"] attributes where needed
- Added [id="additional-resources_{context}"] to all Additional resources sections
- Created or updated Additional resources sections
- Preserved guide references (in the _Guide Name_ guide)
- Preserved all empty lines, including between include statements
Text formatting improvements:
- Wrapped document/guide titles in quotation marks when referenced
- Used {VirtProductName} variable instead of hardcoded product names
- Maintained proper capitalization in link text
- Removed unnecessary self-referential xrefs
- Removed deprecated role attributes
