Add paper1-population lensing-v1 image

This adds the paper1-population container image for an HTCondor/Apptainer workflow using the OSG CVMFS Singularity image repository.

Note that containers included in CVMFS have to be public in the Docker repository. We don't want to take a private image, and the make it public in CVMFS. Please open up the permissions on your image, and then we can run the verification workflow again.

Hi @rynge, the PR was merged and I can confirm the image is now in master:

containers.ligo.org/alicia.calafat/cw-lensing-population:lensing-v1

I checked from ldas-pcdev11.ligo.caltech.edu, where CVMFS itself seems OK:

cvmfs_config probe singularity.opensciencegrid.org

returns OK, and existing LIGO images such as:

/cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/james-clark/bayeswave:latest

are visible.

Based on the existing path pattern, I expected the new image at:

/cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/alicia.calafat/cw-lensing-population:lensing-v1

but both:

ls /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/alicia.calafat

and:

ls /cvmfs/singularity.opensciencegrid.org/alicia.calafat/cw-lensing-population:lensing-v1

fail with “No such file or directory”.

Could you please check whether the sync/publish step has run successfully for this image? Thanks!
