I think a link would be helpful to illustrate such a service or feature. Are there docs? How would I know, as an operator, what services I would need? I worry this is scary without being helpful.
For example - should I look at Tutor docs? Tutor plugins? Docs.openedx.org? This message gives me zero starting point for figuring things out.
