chore(gitignore): ignore pyegeria/http-clients/ - #440

The local .http collection folder is now named http-clients (hyphen), but only the old 'http clients' (space) name was ignored, so a broad 'git add pyegeria' staged the whole folder, including http-client.private.env.json. Signed-off-by: Dan Wolfson <dan.wolfson@pdr-associates.com>
