Fix broken links and style issue:

  - Fix broken links to dropping_file_system_data (2 occurrences)
    - Change from absolute path with .md to relative path without extension
    - Update path: ../../accessanalyzer/file-system-and-sensitive-data-discovery/dropping_file_system_data
  - Change "included/excluded" to "included or excluded"
- Updated sidebar label and title formatting for clarity.
- Changed 'Related Links' to 'Related Link'
Changed relative paths to Docusaurus absolute paths to fix build errors
in versioned directories. Removed /docs/ prefix and .md extension per
Docusaurus path conventions.

Fixes: broken links to dropping_file_system_data from versioned docs
Changed from absolute Docusaurus paths to full docs.netwrix.com URLs
per KB linking standards. Uses 12_0 (underscore) in URL as per Docusaurus
URL conventions.

Fixes: broken cross-product KB links in versioned directories
- changed lines 41 from 'going forward' to 'in the future'
- revised bold formatting

Documentation Review

I've reviewed the markdown file changes in this PR against the Netwrix Style Guide. Overall, the changes improve the document's professionalism and clarity. However, I've identified the following issues that require changes:

Issues Requiring Changes

  1. out-of-scope_resources_still_appear_in_the_aic_or_reporting_console_after_scoping_changes.md, lines 26 and 30

    • Issue: The acronyms FSAA and SEEK are not spelled out on first use.
    • Netwrix Style Guide violation: "Spell out acronyms on first use, then use the acronym."
    • Suggested change: On line 26, change "These resources do not appear in new FSAA or SEEK scans" to "These resources do not appear in new File Server Auditing Assistant (FSAA) or Sensitive Explorer (SEEK) scans". On line 30, you can continue using "FSAA or SEEK" without spelling them out again.
  2. out-of-scope_resources_still_appear_in_the_aic_or_reporting_console_after_scoping_changes.md, line 36

    • Issue: "File System data" is formatted in bold, but it is not a UI element.
    • Netwrix Style Guide violation: "Use bold for UI elements, buttons, and menu items."
    • Suggested change: Remove the bold formatting from "File System data". Change "Delete all File System data for the specific host" to "Delete all File System data for the specific host".
  3. out-of-scope_resources_still_appear_in_the_aic_or_reporting_console_after_scoping_changes.md, lines 38 and 47

    • Issue: The links include a hardcoded version number (12_0), which may cause maintenance issues when the documentation is updated for new versions.
    • Suggested change: Consider using relative paths or a version-agnostic URL structure to prevent broken links and reduce maintenance burden. If version-specific URLs are required, verify that 12_0 is the correct version and ensure there's a process to update these links when new versions are released.

Positive Changes

The following changes improve the document and align well with the Netwrix Style Guide:

  • Avoiding slashes: "FSAA/SEEK" → "FSAA or SEEK" and "included/excluded" → "included or excluded"
  • More professional language: "show up" → "appear" and "show in" → "remain visible in"
  • Using present tense: "will not be included" → "are not included"
  • Improved clarity: Added "they are" before "brought back into scope"
  • Enhanced metadata with additional relevant keywords
