Motion - RESTful JSON interface for message services

Motion is an open project from Netmail which presents a new, modern means of interacting with an email queue.

Goals:
+ Built-in and external services
  - Discovery services: Provide detail and additional information about a message
  - Action services: Perform an action on a message
+ Reference MTA and mailbox scanner implementation in NodeJS:
  - Condition services
  - Forward to SMTP
  - Write to mailbox
