Add web search tools natively for OpenAI, Anthropic, Minds, and OpenAI compatible users.
Remove some Completions API stuff.
Web search is now supported in Anton as a native tool!
(For this to work with Minds Cloud users PR 277 must be merged in the mindsdb/minds repo, then all tests will pass)
