Improve batch request support

• Support more than 20 batch request items using batch request content collections
• Expose a method to fetch failed steps when using BatchRequestContentCollection so users can retry those.
• Expose a method getResponsesStatusCodesAsync() to allow checking the status codes without creating a HttpResponseMessage for each step for both BatchRequestContent and BatchRequestContentCollection.

bwosborne2 it's still open. It will be implemented as a non-breaking change once we release a stable 2.0 in a few days.
