By intention. It didn't make sense in my eyes to specify InstallModes for a portable InstallerType.

Since the PR with the InstallModes parameter didn't have this label, but both without the parameter have the label, I'm guessing that it's necessary in some way. Maybe in allowing the installler to output the nested installer instead of silently failing?
