This is a simple Chrome extension that helps you appear active on various web applications, even when you're not. It prevents your status from becoming "idle" or "away" by simulating activity on the page.

The purpose of this extension is to keep your online presence active on web-based applications. It was originally built to prevent accounts from becoming idle or away. It works by automatically reloading the current tab every 30 seconds, which simulates user activity and keeps your status active.
This extension is designed to work with the web versions of many popular applications, including:
- Slack
- Discord
- Microsoft Teams
- And any other web app that tracks online presence!
- Download from Releases: You can download the latest
.zipfile from the Releases page. Extract the contents to a folder. - Open Chrome and go to
chrome://extensions. - Enable "Developer mode".
- Click on "Load unpacked" and select the extracted
srcdirectory. - Click on the extension icon in the toolbar to open the popup.
- Click "Start Pretending" to enable the auto-reloading feature.
- Click "Stop Pretending" to disable it.
This extension is for educational and personal purposes only. Use it at your own risk. Be aware of your company's policies regarding the use of such tools. Your boss might not be amused.
