This pull request adds support for E22P-868M30S and E22P-915M30S LoRa modules
in the MeshCore firmware for the Ikoka-Nano board variant.
The change extends the existing board configuration to allow using
E22P modules operating in 868 MHz and 915 MHz bands without affecting
other supported hardware variants.
No existing functionality is modified for other boards or radio modules.
