Adds mcpp.tools.embed, the first member of the tools half: it writes a data file into a header the program compiles in, selected by the feature tools-embed, and needs mcpp 2026.9.5.4. 0.1.0 stays in the descriptor. mcpp.tools.embed, the first member of the tools half of the collection. It writes a data file into a header the program compiles in, is selected by the featuretools-embed, and needs mcpp 2026.9.5.4, whose fast path compares a declared file input. Without that release an edit to the embedded data does not reach the binary, which is the defect the member found.0.1.0 stays in the descriptor for consumers pinned to it. Both URLs were checked before this entry: 30,644 bytes from GitHub and from GitCode, comparing byte for byte.
