Adds
sync --no-branch-ref-detectionso an unrelated empty branch pointing at a shipped commit cannot supply an issue key when the flag is enabled.Commit-message issue keys, source branches recorded in merge messages, PR/MR references, and custom issue patterns remain available; default behavior is unchanged.
Documents the tradeoff that opting out also disables legitimate branch-only fast-forward attribution, with regression coverage for tip, interior, single-commit, merge-message, and revert-ref cases.
Validated with all 453 tests, formatting, lint, typecheck, build, and CLI help output.
