Moves the personal warehouse connections incompatibility notice from a standalone warning block into the "Current limitations" list alongside the other unsupported features. Also adds clarifying context to the parameters limitation explaining why pre-aggregates cannot resolve parameter values at materialization time, and updates the
materialization_rolereference to use a direct link.
