This ~4800-line file was committed by mistake in #1350's documentation audit. It's referenced nowhere in the repo and its contents are corrupted (literal "n" instead of newlines, mangled defaults like "900)\"", and unevaluated template fragments), so it's leftover audit scrap rather than a real artifact.
