Dependabot's Windows bundle (#1384) moved the npm Tauri packages to 2.11 and its crate bump (#1415, #1426) moved the Rust side, but the build refuses mismatched major.minor versions, so neither could pass alone. This is #1384 plus a cargo update of tauri and tauri-build to 2.11.5. cargo check passes locally.
