Updated two colormaps - BuWtRd and BuWtRd_alpha - to have pure white at center, more sensible for biphasic data. Possibly controversial, as this will change past result displays using these colormaps, but (a) not sure how many ppl use these colormaps, and (b) I think this is strictly for the better.
