Update to the latest version Picks up the breaking API change from dotnet/fsharp#19298 to make BasicQualifiedName an option instead of throwing when there is no value

I was going to have a look how it works with the .NET 11 preview FCS, but there is another breaking API change in the 43.12.20X series which does make this one function simpler, so perhaps it's worth getting that up to the latest version now? |

Are you suggesting that we upgrade to .NET11 already? |

No, just that getting up to date with the changes in the latest .NET 10 version makes it easier to test with changes in newer versions. |
