Document first-class Trailer operations

Summary

Documentation for first-class Trailer operations (fleetbase/fleetops#309).

• Trailer overview: what a Trailer is versus a Vehicle or Equipment, the data model, lifecycle, the delete guard for attached trailers, and API examples for create, expansion (with=vendor,category), listing with filters, update and delete, matching the finalized response contract (relation identifiers, always-present towing/device/equipment collections, no private identifiers).
• Connections and equipment: towing rules, the console flows from both the Vehicle and the Trailer side (Trailers tab, Towing history tab, Equipment and Devices tabs), and request/response examples for attach, detach, towing history, the vehicle trailer list and with=trailers, plus the polymorphic equipment attach/detach contract.
• Trailer telematics: device attachment through the API, the ingested telemetry state and broadcast channels, the direct tracking endpoint with stale and null-island behaviour, and the sanitized public telematics snapshot.
• Trailers sit directly after Vehicles in the Fleet-Ops resource navigation; Vehicle, Device, telematics, maintenance and core-concept pages reference the new resource.

Validation

• The three trailer pages were checked for frontmatter, balanced code fences and resolving internal links.
• All examples were taken from responses of the finalized fleetops branch running locally.
• A full site build was not run on this machine; the existing note about the Ghost credential gate still applies. Merging Add Trailer API lifecycle collection postman#58 will require the usual fleetbase-php catalog regeneration before the API reference build passes.
