Fixes frontend bug where a web component registration is happening more than once (S609883).
There is a better fix to this (think I’ve located a rogue double-import but need to test, as this only exhibits in a prod build), but the existing fix works (in time for the next RC) and we don’t need this component to render in any way in open source.
