Feature Request: Group Settings Update Endpoint
Hello Evolution API team,

I'd like to request a new endpoint to update WhatsApp group settings.

A possible implementation could be:

Endpoint:
POST /group/settings

or

POST /group/updateSetting

The endpoint should allow updating the following group properties:

"isAnnounce": true
}
Where:

isLocked

true → Only admins can edit the group information.
false → All participants can edit the group information.
isAnnounce

true → Only admins can send messages.
false → All participants can send messages.
This feature would be extremely useful for automation platforms that need to temporarily lock groups, enable announcement mode during events or broadcasts, and then restore the original settings automatically.

Overlaps with #42 — UpdateGroupSettings exists in the service but has no HTTP route yet. Consolidating in #42. Planned for an upcoming release.
