The pipeline smoke test asserts that resumability state and debug folders live inside the
markdown/andclean_markdown/directories (per-stage), not at the output root.This updates
docs/pipeline.mdto match the tested artifact contract by:markdown/.processing_state.pklandclean_markdown/.processing_state.pklproblematic_files/+timeout_files/under both markdown folders
