test: freeze agent-kernel logical vectors

• freeze physical-independent logical semantics for 26 entities and 245 admitted fields
• add exact identities and 119 executable vectors across time, accounting, lifecycle, allowance/valuation, selectors/publication, and field contracts
• execute one semantic assertion for every admitted field through pure test-only references
• close CK-02 accounting at 3/17 without adding production, schema, MCP, or frontend code
