This PR is temporary workaround for issue #3083.
Currently when
Microsoft.VisualStudio.DiagnosticsHub.BenchmarkDotNetDiagnoserspackage is referenced.It cause TypeLoadException on initializing exporters.
So it need to remove these dependencies.
This PR is expected to be reverted when
Microsoft.VisualStudio.DiagnosticsHub.BenchmarkDotNetDiagnoserspackage supports BenchmarkDotNetv0.16.x.
