Code Review
This pull request updates the US Census ACS 5-year subject table specification (S2601A_spec.json) to add data mappings, denominators, and margin of error fields for the years 2020 through 2024 regarding inflation-adjusted income and benefits. It also introduces missing mappings and fields for the "Speak English less than 'very well'" language ability attribute. I have no feedback to provide as there are no review comments.

The 20 added denominator keys across 2020–2024 are properly structured and mapped to all 8 poverty rate targets per group.

Summary of Changes
Updated S2601A_spec.json to support newer ACS 5-year releases (extending inflation-adjusted income/earnings support for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024).
Added denominator mappings for poverty rates across Total population, Total group quarters population, Institutionalized group quarters population, and Noninstitutionalized group quarters population for inflation-adjusted dollar years 2020 through 2024.
Added Margin of Error (MOE) ignore rules for median and mean earnings across all group quarters population categories for years 2020–2024.
Fixed English language proficiency column token mapping by adding "Speak English less than "very well"" under abilityToSpeakEnglish to properly handle escaped quotes in Census table headers.
Added new inflation-adjusted dollar headers (2020 to 2024) to the spec's recognized sections list.
